Traveling has always been a passion of mine. I am young at heart, so I really enjoy theme park vacations to Disney and Universal theme parks. My favorite destination has always been Walt Disney World. It holds a special place in my heart for a multitude of reasons. Aside from that, I really just love all kinds of travel. I love cruises for the adventure of visiting multiple destinations while only having to unpack once, the fun of nonstop entertainment onboard, and just being out in the open ocean. I also enjoy all inclusive resorts. Even though I normally like to stay active (and explore everything!) on my vacations, I also enjoy all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. An all inclusive resort gives me a good opportunity to truly relax from the busyness of everyday life. I do still like to set aside days for excursions, and other opportunities, to venture outside of the resort for some local culture, however.
I also like to take international trips. My husband and I host high school foreign exchange students, which really gives us an opportunity to learn about other cultures. It also gives us even more of a reason to visit other countries!
I am constantly trying to find ways to continue learning and branching out by staying current with travel operator training, attending conferences, touring resorts, and visiting different destinations.
